By continuing in this course I acknowledge that am voluntarily participating in this course which was created by Patricia Duffield to help me discover the belief systems that govern my life and through various methods created by her, help to change those beliefs to ones that I desire to have, in order to achieve the results in my life that I desire. I understand that these sessions are not professional counseling sessions and that Patricia is not a licensed counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, or medical doctor. I understand that she is, to the best of her ability, doing what she can to help me achieve more freedom in my life.
I further state that I have voluntarily sought assistance of my own initiative and that I am under no obligation to accept or reject any of the advice, opinions, or help that I might receive from Patricia Duffield.
I understand that during these sessions I will be confronting my inner feelings and emotions, which could cause emotional pain and distress.
I agree to hold Patricia Duffield free from any and all liability for loss, or damage of any kind, be it mental, emotional, physical, or financial, that may arise as a result of the assistance that I have received from her.
I understand that Patricia is a life consultant, and not a doctor or a nutritionist, and thus cannot be held responsible negative effects from any advice given to the client. I understand that I should consult with a Doctor before before making any changes to my diet or beginning an exercise program, based on information that Patricia suggested.
I understand that the content within this course is the intellectual property of Patricia Duffield, and I agree to not reproduce or recreate the content or concepts within this course in any way unless written consent is obtained from Patricia Duffield. Any reproduction or recreation of the intellectual property within this course will be considered as copy-write infringment.
